About: We are seeking a Host/Hostess to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests’ dining experience. As the first point of contact, you will set a positive impression of our establishment with friendliness, excellent service, and high standards. In addition to greeting and seating guests, you will engage them in natural conversation, maintain a clean dining environment, and contribute to ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; strong communication and interpersonal skills essential; ability to multitask and maintain a friendly demeanor under pressure; previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
