Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous host/hostess experience at a fine dining restaurant; ability to walk/stand for long hours; exemplifies a history of service excellence; extremely personable with excellent communication skills (phone and in-person); strong organizational skills to monitor dining and bar areas; available to work peak hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
