Position: Host/Hostess
About: Denny’s is currently seeking a Host/Hostess to join their team under the guidance of the General Manager and Restaurant Manager. This role involves greeting and seating guests in a friendly manner, handling payments, and providing exceptional guest service to ensure overall satisfaction. The Host/Hostess is also responsible for addressing guest concerns and maintaining a welcoming restaurant environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to communicate effectively in English; must be able to work flexible schedules including holidays, nights, and weekends; excellent guest service skills; strong sense of teamwork and cooperation; basic math skills; adherence to health and safety standards
