Position: Host/Hostess
About: The Hotel Restaurant is seeking a dedicated and friendly Restaurant Host to ensure exceptional dining experiences for all guests. The Host will warmly greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and resolve any issues promptly to meet guest expectations. Responsibilities include personal guest interactions, telephone etiquette, order taking, and maintaining a clean dining environment.
Requirements: Prior food and beverage industry experience preferred; Prior guest relations training; Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests, co-workers, and management; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Positive and upbeat attitude; Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy; Punctuality and reliable attendance; Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others
