Requirements: High school diploma and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; flexible schedule with occasional long hours required; ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and/or 10 pounds frequently; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong customer service orientation; adherence to grooming and uniform standards; compliance with hotel regulations and standards for safe operations; proactive problem-solving skills; initiative to anticipate and meet guest needs; willingness to perform various tasks as assigned by management; reliable attendance based on hotel scheduling; ability to maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times.
