Position: Host/Hostess
About: This restaurant in an in-person dining establishment is seeking a friendly and efficient Host/Hostess to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming and seating guests, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a warm and inviting dining experience for all patrons.
Requirements: Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred; strong phone etiquette and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude; familiarity with Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software is a plus; knowledge of basic food service procedures and guest relations
