Position: Host/Hostess
About: As a Host or Hostess, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests promptly, cheerfully, and courteously. Duties of this position include answering phones, taking, entering, and packaging To-Go orders, collecting payment, filling beverage orders, assisting service personnel in clearing and setting tables, resolving complaints as they occur, and notifying the manager of any complaints received. A qualified applicant must be able to observe and differentiate between monetary denominations, communicate with guests, have sufficient mobility to move and operate in the work area, and meet any state, county, or municipal regulations pertaining to health risk concerns about food handling.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to observe and differentiate between monetary denominations; strong communication skills; mobility to move and operate in work area; compliance with health regulations
