About: IHOP is a well-known restaurant chain that is famous for its delicious pancakes and breakfast items. As a Host at IHOP, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive. Your friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills will be key in making guests feel valued and welcomed. You will be responsible for managing guest seating, answering phone calls, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area at all times.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; effective communication skills; ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds; proficiency in basic math for managing seating arrangements; basic computer skills for reservation systems
