About: The Harrison Group is a 3rd generation family business that has been owned and operated in Ocean City, Maryland since 1951. The Harrison Group operates over fifteen hotels and seven restaurants in various locations including Ocean City, Maryland, Virginia Beach, Corolla, North Carolina, and Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Yearly renovations are a common practice at all properties to enhance guest experiences. The company is dedicated to continuous improvement, guest satisfaction, and expansion into new markets.
Requirements: High school diploma; previous experience as a host/hostess preferred; successful completion of restaurant training course; understanding of restaurant etiquette; familiarity with health and safety regulations; experience in managing reservations; demonstrable customer service skills; excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person); strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area; availability to work in shifts as needed; good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
