Position: Host/Hostess
About: The restaurant is seeking a Host/Hostess to be the first and last point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing dining sections, estimating wait times, answering phones, and accommodating guests. This position may involve variable hours subject to a 12-month measurement period for eligibility under Health Care Reform regulations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a customer service role preferred
