Position: Host/Hostess
About: Wyoming Horse Racing is seeking a Restaurant Host/Hostess to greet customers, manage reservations, provide menus, seat guests, handle inquiries, and support restaurant staff in ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include engaging with guests, resolving complaints, taking reservations, and assisting with various tasks to maintain high-quality service. The ideal candidate should work well under pressure, provide excellent customer service, follow instructions accurately, and operate a point-of-sale system effectively. High school diploma or GED is preferred. Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and other physical duties. Wyoming Horse Racing offers paid time off, health, dental, and vision insurance, with a starting pay of $15/hour. A pre-employment drug screen is required.
