Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; positive attitude and a professional appearance; basic computer skills for handling reservations and managing schedules; ability to stand for extended periods; comfortable walking and moving quickly when needed
