Position: Host / Hostess
About: Paulette’s Restaurant, a Memphis fine dining institution for 46 years, is seeking Hosts/Hostesses to present a positive first impression of the restaurant and ensure excellent service standards. This role involves engaging with guests, managing reservations, and contributing to the overall guest experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; restaurant experience is a plus; knowledge of Open Table is a plus; background check required before hiring; ability to exert up to 30 pounds of force; able to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts or longer
