About: Nobu Miami is the Miami outpost of Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s new Japanese cuisine empire, located in the Nobu Hotel at Eden Roc. The restaurant offers patio seating as well as an exclusive Teppan Room, serving signature dishes like Yellowtail with Jalapeño and Black Cod Miso. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least one year of experience in an upscale restaurant or relevant qualification in the hospitality industry; good time management skills; professional dress, speech, and behavior; basic computer knowledge, including experience with Microsoft Office and Open Table
