Position: Host/Hostess
About: We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Host to greet our new and old guests with genuine enthusiasm. Additionally, you will be responsible for: Communicating wait times and escorting guests to their tables, Answering the phone with proper phone etiquette, Maintaining a clean and organized entryway, Keeping the rotation of tables fair for the servers, Assisting team members wherever necessary to maintain a positive working environment, Communicate all guest requests and special occasions to the servers or MOD, All opening and closing duties
Requirements: Experience as a host or similar role at upscale restaurants required; Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment; Experience with Open Table Reservation System a plus; Team player; Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills; Keep clean and professional appearance at all times; Ability to stand/walk and stay focused for extended periods of time
