Position: Host/Hostess
About: Vintage Brewing Company, a popular dining establishment, is seeking a welcoming and efficient Host/Hostess to create a positive first impression for guests, assist with seating, provide information, and ensure a smooth dining experience in a lively environment. The role also involves light housekeeping tasks and occasional phone and to-go order duties.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read menus and communicate clearly with guests and team members; excellent hearing in noisy settings; physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift trays; 6 months experience in a full-service restaurant preferred; upbeat and positive attitude with strong customer service skills; ability to work in a fast-paced team environment; flexible availability for various shifts; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to stay focused and alert during busy periods; proficiency in telephone etiquette
