Position: Host – Hostess
About: The role of a Host is to delight guests, be the face of the company, and ensure a smooth dining experience from arrival to departure. Responsibilities include greeting guests, escorting to tables, managing wait-time, answering phones, taking reservations, operating reservation software, and staying updated on menu options and specialties.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 1-year Hosting experience (upscale dining preferred); strong customer service and communication skills; welcome all guests warmly; use guest names when possible; identify special occasions and extend wishes; be a team player; excellent communication, multi-tasking, and organization skills; strong attention to detail and professional maturity
