Position: Host/Hostess
About: Join our dynamic team at a popular restaurant dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for welcoming them with a smile and ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously. Your role involves managing reservations, seating arrangements, and maintaining a congenial dining atmosphere, all while providing excellent customer service and communication with the service team and management.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous restaurant serving and/or customer service experience; fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English; excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with guests, co-workers, and supervisors; ability to think clearly, organize, and prioritize in high-pressure situations; basic knowledge of restaurant menus, ingredients, and cooking techniques; knowledgeable of basic sanitation and computer operations; ability to multitask and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; must have closed-toe, non-canvas, and non-skid soled shoes
