Position: Host/Hostess
About: Our Host/Hostess’s primary responsibility is to satisfy guests by ensuring warm greetings and guiding them through ordering procedures. They must be familiar with Lawry’s appearance standards, guest interaction procedures, and safety measures. The role includes providing exceptional service and resolving issues with a positive attitude.
Requirements: high school diploma or GED preferred; at least 1 year of restaurant service experience in a high-volume establishment required; legal age to serve alcoholic beverages; physical and mental health to perform job requirements; basic knowledge of wines, beers, spirits, and cocktails; able to multitask and communicate effectively; basic math proficiency; reliable transportation
