Position: Host Home Provider – Buffalo County, NE (Hiring Immediately)
About: Mosaic at Home is seeking Home Providers in Buffalo County, NE to join their shared living service providing improved quality of life, stability, and community access for people with disabilities. As a Home Provider, you will share your home with an individual with a disability, providing support and fostering independence through daily living tasks and activities. Responsibilities include skill acquisition, medication administration, medical appointments, documentation, transportation, and ensuring overall health and well-being. Possible additional responsibilities may include caregiving for complex medical needs and behavioral support. Must be a resident of Nebraska and own or rent a suitable home.
Requirements: Must be a resident of the state of Nebraska; own or rent a home; at least 18 years of age; reliable computer and internet access; complete state-mandated trainings; pass background checks; environmentally safe and clean residence
