About: Mosaic at Home is seeking Home Providers in Scottsdale and Tempe, AZ, to join their shared living service, offering improved quality of life, stability, and community access for individuals with disabilities. Home Providers share their homes with individuals, providing mentorship and assistance with daily living tasks to foster independence and life skills development.
Requirements: Must be a resident of Arizona; own or rent a home; at least 21 years of age; experience preferred but not required; reliable computer and internet access; completion of state-mandated trainings; ability to pass background checks; environmentally safe and clean residence required.
