Position: Host Home Provider – Arizona – Scottsdale and Tempe
About: Mosaic at Home is seeking Home Providers in Scottsdale and Tempe, AZ. For nearly 40 years, Mosaic has been dedicated to improving the quality of life, stability, and community access for individuals with disabilities through shared living services. As a Home Provider, you will share your home with a person with a disability, fostering independence and cultivating life skills in a supportive environment. Responsibilities include providing various levels of support based on individual needs, engaging in daily activities, and ensuring a safe and healthy living space.
Requirements: Must be a resident of Arizona; own or rent a home in Arizona; at least 21 years of age; reliable computer and internet access; able to pass State/Federal and APS/CPS background check; experience preferred but not required; complete all state mandated trainings
