About: Mosaic at Home, a provider of shared living services for people with disabilities, is currently seeking Home Providers in Scottsdale and Tempe, Arizona. Requirements: Must be a resident of Arizona; own or rent a home; at least 21 years of age; experience preferred but not required; reliable computer and internet access; complete all state-mandated trainings; pass background checks; maintain a safe and clean residence.
