Position: Host Home Provider – Arizona – Scottsdale and Tempe
About: Mosaic at Home, a provider of shared living services for people with disabilities in Scottsdale and Tempe, AZ, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Providers to join their team. Home Providers offer a safe and supportive home environment for individuals with disabilities, fostering independence and enhancing their quality of life through personalized care and mentorship.
Requirements: Must be a resident of the state of Arizona; own or rent your home; at least 21 years of age; reliable computer and internet access; complete all state mandated trainings; able to pass State/Federal and APS/CPS background check; environmentally safe and clean residence
