Position: Host Home Provider – Arizona – Scottsdale and Tempe
About: Mosaic at Home in Scottsdale and Tempe, AZ is seeking Host Home / Shared Living providers to share their home with individuals with disabilities, promoting independence and community inclusion. Providers offer support ranging from minimal to full assistance based on individual needs.
Requirements: Must be a resident of Arizona; own or rent a home; at least 21 years of age; preferred but not required experience; reliable computer and internet access; complete state-mandated trainings; pass background checks; maintain a safe and clean residence.
