About: Mosaic at Home, a provider of shared living services for people with disabilities, is seeking Home Providers in Scottsdale and Tempe, AZ. Candidates must reside in Arizona and own or rent their homes.
Requirements: Must be a resident of the state where services are provided; transportation with valid driver’s license, car insurance, and current registration; active home/renters insurance; own or rent a suitable dwelling; at least 21 years of age; experience preferred but not required; reliable computer and internet access; completion of all state mandated trainings; environmentally safe and clean residence; ability to pass background checks.
