Position: Host Home Provider – Arizona – Scottsdale and Tempe
About: Mosaic is seeking Host Home Providers in Scottsdale and Tempe, AZ, to create a supportive living environment for individuals with disabilities, promoting independence and providing care and companionship. Ideal candidates should own or rent their homes, be at least 21 years old, and have a genuine desire to enhance others’ quality of life through shared living services.
Requirements: Must be a resident of Arizona, own or rent a home, be at least 21 years of age, have reliable computer and internet access, and pass background checks. Experience is preferred but not required.
