About: Mosaic at Home, a company providing shared living services for individuals with disabilities, is currently seeking Home Providers in Scottsdale and Tempe, AZ. Home Providers share their homes with individuals with disabilities to create a safe and supportive living environment, fostering independence and life skills.
Requirements: Must be a resident of Arizona; own or rent a home in the state; at least 21 years of age; reliable computer and internet access; complete all state-mandated trainings; pass State/Federal and APS/CPS background check; environmentally safe and clean residence
