About: Mosaic at Home is seeking Home Providers in Scottsdale and Tempe, Arizona to join their shared living service, offering improved quality of life and greater community access for people with disabilities. Home Providers share their homes with individuals with disabilities, providing mentorship and assistance with daily living tasks to foster independence and life skills development.
Requirements: Must be a resident of Arizona; own or rent a home in the state; at least 21 years of age; reliable computer and internet access; environmentally safe and clean residence; ability to pass background checks; completion of state mandated trainings
