Position: Host Home Provider – Arizona – Chandler, Gilbert, and Mesa
About: Mosaic at Home is seeking Home Providers in Chandler, Gilbert, and Mesa, AZ. Requirements: Must be a resident of the state where services are provided; possess a valid driver’s license, car insurance, and current registration; have active home/renters insurance; own or rent a suitable home/apartment/condo/townhouse; be at least 21 years old; experience preferred but not required; have reliable computer and internet access; complete all state-mandated trainings; maintain an environmentally safe and clean residence; able to pass State/Federal and APS/CPS background checks
