About: Mosaic at Home, a provider of shared living services for people with disabilities, is seeking Home Providers in Chandler, Gilbert, and Mesa, AZ. Home Providers offer a safe and supportive environment in their own homes, assisting individuals with disabilities in daily living tasks and fostering independence and community engagement.
Requirements: Must be a resident of Arizona; own or rent a home in the state; provide support for daily living tasks and mentorship; assist in cultivating life skills and independence; match interests and lifestyles with individuals; comply with state/agency policies and procedures; communicate effectively with team members; pass background checks and mandated trainings; maintain a clean and safe residence.
Benefits: Average annual income of $42,500 (federally tax-free) plus room and board
