About: Mosaic at Home is seeking home providers in Chandler, Gilbert, and Mesa, AZ. For nearly 40 years, Mosaic has been offering shared living services to individuals with disabilities, providing improved quality of life, stability, and community access.
Requirements: Must be a resident of the state of Arizona; own or rent your home; be at least 21 years of age; have reliable computer and internet access; complete all state mandated trainings; pass State/Federal and APS/CPS background check
