About: Mosaic at Home is seeking Home Providers in Chandler, Gilbert, and Mesa, AZ to join their shared living service for people with disabilities. Home Providers share their homes with individuals with disabilities to foster independence and life skills development through community activities and daily living support.
Requirements: Must be a resident of Arizona; own or rent a home in the state; at least 21 years of age; reliable computer and internet access; environmentally safe and clean residence; ability to pass background checks; experience preferred but not required
