About: Mosaic at Home is seeking Home Providers in Ashland, NE to join their shared living service that has been providing improved quality of life, stability, and increased community access for individuals with disabilities for nearly 40 years. As a Home Provider, you will share your home with an individual with a disability, offering mentorship and assistance with daily living tasks to foster independence and cultivate life skills.
Requirements: Must be a resident of Nebraska; own or rent a home; at least 18 years of age; experience preferred but not required; reliable computer and internet access; complete all state mandated trainings; environmentally safe and clean residence; ability to pass State/Federal and APS/CPS background check
