Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a hospitality role preferred. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, strong communication and listening skills, and a desire to build knowledge of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails. Knowledge of table numbers, seat positions, and the flow of service is essential, along with the ability to provide genuine hospitality and accurate information on the restaurant’s operations.
