Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; excellent customer service and communication skills; friendly and outgoing personality with a positive attitude; strong organizational and multitasking abilities; ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations; familiarity with reservation systems or software is a plus; previous host/hostess experience preferred but not required; training provided; ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods; occasionally lift and carry items up to 20 pounds; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
