Position: Host – Goode Company Fish Camp the Woodlands
About: The Host is a key role at Goode Company, responsible for managing seating charts, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests. The Host supervises and coordinates dining room staff to deliver fast and courteous service, maintaining high sanitation standards. At Goode Company, creating a positive customer experience is a top priority, and the Host plays a crucial role in achieving that goal.
Requirements: One year of experience in a high-volume restaurant setting with some leadership responsibilities; excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; flexible availability including day shifts, evening shifts, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for prolonged periods; well-groomed and neatly dressed; helpful attitude and friendly demeanor; OpenTable experience preferred; able to work in a standing and moving position for extended periods of time
