Requirements: High school diploma and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; ability to convey information clearly; quick decision-making skills; multitasking ability; proactive in job performance; punctual with deadlines; problem-solving skills; attentive to detail and able to anticipate needs; effective communication with colleagues and guests; basic arithmetic skills; willingness to comply with certification requirements
