Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Friendly and outgoing personality; Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment; Strong organizational and time management skills; Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills
