Position: Host/Coat Check Person
About: The Knickerbocker, a legendary New York landmark reborn as the first luxury hotel in Times Square, is seeking a Host/Coat Check person to ensure excellent guest service in its outlets. This iconic hotel offers 300 luxe guestrooms and suites with stunning views and bespoke furnishings, embodying New York City’s premier luxury lifestyle experience.
Requirements: High school diploma and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; flexible schedule with ability to work long hours occasionally; able to stand during entire shift; effective verbal and written communication skills; attentive, friendly, and service-oriented approach with guests and employees; maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming; demonstrate problem-solving abilities and initiative; comply with hotel standards and regulations for safe and efficient operations; maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times
