Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field; three years of customer service experience, preferably in the gaming industry; excellent oral and written skills, leadership skills, and customer service abilities; flexibility in work schedule; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and player tracking systems; ability to obtain/maintain necessary certifications as per local gaming regulations
