Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older; Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board; Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; Must know and comply with requirements of Title 31 Bank Secrecy Act as pertains to Credit/Player Services transactions as well as all Illinois Gaming Board regulations; Must be proficient in the entire Microsoft Suite and must be knowledgeable with casino computer systems; High-level public relations and customer service skills are required; Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required; Must have a working knowledge of table games and slot machines; Must be able to work weekends, weeknights, and holidays; Regularly required to see, talk, hear, walk, and stand; Frequently required to use hands to handle, feel, and reach; Occasionally required to sit or stoop; Occasionally lift and or move up to 30 pounds
