Position: Host/Cashier – On Call
About: Palms, a leading hospitality establishment, is seeking a Food & Beverage Host/Cashier to greet guests in a courteous and professional manner, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth monetary transactions. The role requires providing personalized guest service in line with the company’s standards.
Requirements: High volume restaurant management or supervisory experience required; basic knowledge of computer software including Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; effective listening and judgment skills; excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills; high school diploma or equivalent; two years of related experience; ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays; possession of Alcohol Awareness Card and Health Card; minimum age requirement of 21; experience in a similar resort setting preferred
