Position: Host / Busser
About: Elmer’s is a hospitality-focused restaurant looking for a Host/Busser to provide exceptional guest experiences. The host plays a crucial role in setting the tone for guests’ interactions with Elmer’s, requiring a warm and friendly demeanor to uphold our standards of hospitality.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location and guests; ability to perform simple mathematical calculations and complete computer data entry; valid Food Handler’s Card and Alcohol Server Permit if required by State regulations; positive interpersonal skills and ability to meet fluctuating business demands; knowledge of dining room procedures and guest sensitivity; ability to work independently and in a team environment
