Position: Host – Bowl and Barrel City Center
About: We are seeking a Host to join our team and serve as the initial point of contact for our guests. The role involves greeting guests, managing wait times, and guiding guests to the dining and bar areas, ensuring a positive dining experience from arrival to departure. The ultimate goal is to deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for our guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; understanding of restaurant etiquette; familiarity with health and safety regulations; excellent communication skills; strong organizational skills for seating management; good physical condition for standing and walking throughout shifts; compliance with food and beverage regulations such as TABC and Food Handler certification
