Position: Host/Barista – National Park Inn – Summer Seasonal

Requirements: Partial High School education; High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred; Knowledge of or ability to learn to create specialty coffees and other drinks; Previous barista experience preferred; Strong sanitation habits and attention to detail; Strong guest service abilities; Actively look for ways to assist guests and co-workers; Ability to learn and use food service POS system including computerized cash register and credit card terminal; Ability to solve guest problems and refer to management as necessary; 21 years of age or older due to serving alcoholic drinks; Move about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly frequent movements within the unit; Bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms and hands above shoulder height frequently; Lift, carry, and push up to 15 lbs. regularly, 20-30 lbs. frequently, and up to 40 lbs. occasionally; Able to stand for extended periods and climb stairs occasionally; Speech recognition and clarity in English; Read and write in English; Physical presence at the job site is essential to perform job duties
