Position: Host at Capa, a Michelin Star Restaurant
About: Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort, a leading luxury resort in Central Florida, is seeking a Capa Host to join their team. The resort prides itself on delivering exceptional service with a commitment to the Golden Rule, ensuring unique and unforgettable experiences for all guests.
Requirements: One year of experience in an upscale, fine dining establishment preferred; One year of OpenTable/Guest Center experience preferred; Maintain complete knowledge of table/seat/station numbers, proper table set ups, room capacity, hours of operations, menus, price range, and dress code; Comply with Payment Card Industry requirements (PCI Compliance); Be aware of the Company’s leadership team and know their extension numbers, locations, and positions; Work as a team, assisting all guests’ and employees’ needs and inquiries; Be knowledgeable about opening and closing times for all outlets at FS Orlando, as well as last order times; Be aware of the timing for the daily lighting of all Disney firework shows; Be aware of Capa’s signature dishes and be able to make basic food and cocktail recommendations to guests; Be aware of all reservations policies and be able to make reservations; Be aware of all cancellation fees, cake fees, corkage fees, etc.; Opening and closing duties; Proper lifting techniques; Guest relations; Sanitation and safety; Safe alcohol service; High volume operations
