About: P.F. Chang’s is hiring Hosts or Hostesses for their restaurant. The Host is responsible for delivering excellent hospitality by maintaining the overall flow of the restaurant, providing a positive first and last impression to guests, quoting accurate wait times, and answering guest questions.
Requirements: Previous experience is not required; Excellent customer service skills and etiquette; Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures; Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and guests; Flexibility to work a variety of shifts; Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment
