About: P.F. Chang’s China Bistro is hiring immediately for full-time or part-time Host or Hostesses. The Host is responsible for delivering an excellent hospitality experience by maintaining the overall flow of the restaurant, providing a positive and professional first and last impression to every guest, quoting accurate wait times, and answering guest questions. Job responsibilities include interacting courteously with Guests, upholding high safety and sanitation standards, learning restaurant seating layout, setting and clearing tables, learning curbside processes, and conducting required side-work. No previous experience is required as training will be provided. Key requirements include excellent customer service skills, proper sanitation and safety procedures execution, effective communication with co-workers and guests, flexibility with shifts, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-work environment.
