About: P.F. Chang’s is seeking full-time or part-time Host or Hostesses to join their team. The Host is responsible for delivering excellent hospitality by maintaining the flow of the restaurant, providing a positive first and last impression to guests, quoting accurate wait times, and answering guest inquiries. The role involves interacting courteously with guests, upholding safety standards, learning restaurant layouts, and executing sanitation practices.
Requirements: Previous experience not required; Excellent customer service skills and etiquette; Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures; Effective communication with co-workers and guests; Flexibility to work various shifts; Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
